The Crows were playing the Cats Adelaide Oval and the Cats got the job done. 119 to 100 and a pretty

good game there from Bailey Smith and Max Holmes as well.

Played pretty well and goal kickers galore for both teams.

Well, we're a good team, but we're not a top echelon team.

The top echelon teams flex their muscles this week and Geelong are one of them. 

And the way the Geelong midfield is working at the moment allows them to put Dangerfield in the

forward line, which is kind of what Melbourne need. 

They don't have that midfield depth to allow a Dangerfield slash.

Petraka to stay there and he has 15 touches or however many touches. 

He got 16 kicked, four goals.

Jeremy Cameron and 15 touches, four goals, 30 touches for eight goals 2 between those two, they 

ain't losing too many games.

Adelaide had their chances, Isaac Rankin was very good for them.

Yeah, and obviously defog Tillthorpe, Texans still contributed so the three headed monster is still

But Geelong were just better for longer and like in a high scoring game, Crows had their chances and

And a three go win for Geelong, pretty really solid win for them.

I still think that the yardstick and I think they're going to be very hard to beat. 

And you look like next week it doesn't get much.

They've got Hawks on a Monday so it's going to be a ripping game. 

This is the game that I've obviously been saying this will tell us where Hawks are AT and pretty

But Geelong at the G at the G is going to be a fantastic game.

And when push came to shove, the Swans didn't have it, they're obviously and Marty got hurt, so

Their forward line just isn't functioning at all at the moment. 

Obviously Logan to come back in, but I don't like them playing Ladams Grundy and McLean and Marty.

That's a lot of tall people and I just don't think Latham's is the answer. 

Like Grundy had a fantastic game if Grundy versus Cameron was prime time.

But if you're a Swan supporter, you've got to do better.

Obviously they do have some positive as Kenny was fantastic.

Miami boss is a bit of a player, but now that Miami boss is there, the mix is all out of whack 

because Roberts and Lloyd, they're all taking in turns.

So some of the kids were also Kate and Cleary, I thought had a really good game as well. 

But if you're the Pies, that was a solid win.

They are still relying on the old legs of Grundy and side bottom though, so they need to keep this 

team fit.

I think their depth is not as strong as some of the other teams at the top, obviously to go in

But I think this game said more about the Swans than it did about the Pies because, yeah, you know,

Like the Pies were stronger for longer and when Dacos got in control, they didn't have an answer.

I don't think he is having an impact on the game in the back line.

pies hands because all they could do was go down the wing And it's what the Pies wanted to do. 

Just long kicks down the wing and then they just took it back down and scored.

Nothing from there for me, but I can tell you the last quarter N absolutely turned it up so well,

So we had some work to do and they just stopped. 

So the midfield played well, but like Matt Rowe.

But I think from the football I've seen Matt Rau and Zach Merritt, obviously with all the games out

But Merritt and Rao are the two players, in my opinion, who are taking the the season by the scruff

The midfield was dominating like Anderson, Miller, Rao.

But then they slowly started to grind and grind and grind and grind.

But the big thing that I one of my predictions which is going OK was I said if Gold Coast are going 

to be contended this year, Ben King is going to be right up there in the Coleman and he is going

So he played very, very well. 

And he sort of feasted on the North Melbourne lack of really strong key tolls.

But what I sort of noticed was that the midst for North get a lot of junk possessions. 

Like Daniel Shizzle, they rack up some junk.

But yeah, in saying that, Tristan Cherry's still not right in my opinion. 

He's not fully fit.

That's fantastic output for role players and that's what makes Brisbane a great team when you know 

Neil got hurt, he was out for a bit, much to the chagrin of the Wizards.

They had a better performance this week, the Wizards, but they missed by 7 points because Dunkley

You know, the fact that Hitwood couldn't pop up and kick 5, that's a bit of a concern for the Dog's

You've put up a pretty good fight against premiers and you've got to have Brisbane right up there as

The Bombers, I wouldn't say they flexed.

They beat Melbourne by 39 points, 96 to 57, at Adelaide. 

I think this tells you more about Melbourne than it does.

Centre field I think did a really good job on on Oliver really took him out of the game.

But the impact player of the day, John Menzie, was on absolute fire every time the ball came near

Their bottom portion of their playing group is just not delivering.

He really, really gives them some a bit of running carry and a bit of grunt.

I would be playing him as much as humanly possible and if I am Essendon get their mix right because

You can't bank on Menzie and Hobbs to kick six goals every week. 

So look, they just need to obviously get Langford back.

They need to get that structure right because when they're playing their games in the future you
